The Chasen is a bamboo whisk used to mix/ whisk matcha and give it its iconic froth.
Each bristle is individually handcrafted to precision to enable you to whisk your matcha efficiently.
NOTE: Please remember to soak your Chasen in warm water thereby softening it before use in the whisking process. This is so that the bristles do not snap off while whisking.

CLEANING: To clean your Chasen fill a bowl of hot water and whisk vigorously until clean. You can also rinse it under running water until clean.
STORAGE: Please place the Chasen standing with upright with the bristles facing upwards to prevent any warping of the bristles.
