Our ceremonial grade matcha is finely ground powder of specially grown and processed green tea leaves.

PREPARATION GUIDELINES:
HOT
Tea - 1 teaspoon (1.5g / 0.05oz)
Water - 100ml / 3.38oz
Temp - 100°C/ 212°F
Time - Whisk for 20s until frothy.
COLD
Tea - 1 teaspoon (1.5g / 0.05oz)
Water - 100ml / 3.38oz
Temp - Room Temperature
Time - Whisk for 20s. Serve over ice cubes.
